“After trusting Kat and Greg with the care for my horses since 2002, they have consistently maintained my trust through providing superior care, patience with numerous challenging situations with late-nite colics, and their attention to detail to make sure that the horses are happy, comfortable, and safe. Kat and Greg have always provided a multitude of specialized services to meet the needs of the horses, including having an in-house ultrasound machine that I used to treat tendon and ligament injuries, a variety of multi-disciplines including the best farriers, acupuncture clinicians, massage therapist, and chiropractors. Additionally, they became trained to provide therapy with their magnapulse machine, which can be used to reduce swelling, promote healing, and even help with sinus allergy symptoms with my horse. As a trainer, Kat has always provided individualized training and instruction to meet the needs of every horse and rider and she helped me reach horse showing goals that were beyond what I ever imagined because she believed in me and she maintains high standards for her riders and their horses. I moved to the Athens, GA area in 2002, and since then I have established my home and career in the area because my horses received superior care at Four Seasons Farm, and I knew that care and service such as that from Kat and Greg is a challenge to find, so I did not want to leave the area after I finished grad school at UGA.
When my horse, Echo, was born in 2006, he had many medical problems during his first year. His bones were growing faster than his muscles, so we had to keep him from eating too many carbs and Greg had to massage the tendons on the backs of his legs several times a day to help his muscles relax under the strain of how fast his bones were growing. Now Echo is a tremendously amazing and healthy horse because Greg helped him develop properly and had the patience and energy to accommodate the needs of my young horse.”

Kat has the ability to immediately see what needs improvement and worked with Elizabeth and her horse to grow their partnership. Her love for the rider and the horse showed through in her teaching style, but she was also able to challenge Elizabeth to bring out the best in her riding. In 2010 I was in search of an equestrian professional who could help my young daughter reach her goals at a sport she was obviously very committed to and passionate about. We were chasing some BIG dreams! When we moved our pony and our daughter to train with Kat Mulkey we knew right away we made the right decision.
